We received horrible customer service from a lot supervisor name John B. upon returning our rental car on the morning of 10/14/16. Apparently the computer system was down and we were told to stand in hour long line to close our contract. John turned the companies challenges with their system into the customers problem. I truly hope Budget provides their supervisors with training on customer service and leadership. It's not the fault of the customer when your system is down. A true supervisor should be able to problem solve and figure out what to do in a situation such as that.
