I am writing to warn any potential students to STAY AWAY from this scam! I worked there and noticed right away that they were praying on people who were not well informed regarding the industry, or were not sure what they wanted to do in life. They do hard sell on people that are calling in who are just requesting the free informational brochure they saw on TV. It borders on harassment as they will keep calling you (the admission reps are paid on commission). They will get you to spend $40K on a degree that will get you nowhere fast. They will push you to take out a loan ASAP (pretty much the day you call for the "free" informational brochure). They don't care about education of culinary skills, they just want your money. Having worked previously in the industry, I can tell you that actual kitchen experience (starting at the bottom) will get you much further in the industry and you will gain much more respect from the kitchen staff and chefs. Save yourself from the tuition and debt that just ensues.
