DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I attempted to obtain help for the first time this morning and after waiting on hold for over thirty minutes, Jensen informed me that I should have called 24hrs ago, if I wanted to be get a service call sooner than next week. That is illogical, given that water was not running out from under our kitchen sink 24hrs ago. I explained that to him and also the fact that if we waited a few days, we will also sustain more extensive damage (ruined cabinets and flooring). His canned response and indifference was unhelpful and rude. His snippy solution was that our family needed to turn off the water to our house for a few days, wait for a call to schedule an appointment, wait for the actual service call (however long that would end up being), and just deal with it in the interim. In sum, we were given no help and significantly more stress in an already stressful situation. FRAUD.
