The Home Depot on Matthews Township messed up my carpet order and I have spent over an hour trying to get it resolved. It took them over 30 minutes to enter the order. When I went to pay for order, it took 15 minutes, because only self check out was open (can't pay for 100 yards of carpet at self check out) They sold me carpet that was not in stock and then made me pick it up at the university store several miles away. I was not called about the problem until the day the installer was scheduled, which was 3 days after sitting at their desk and placing the order. Transferring my order was a whole other level of problems. I have spent over an hour dealing with their internal problems. At this moment it still has not been resolved. I should have driven 2 more miles to Lowe's and ordered the carpet. Home Depot cannot handle flooring!
