  • Five stars for service, one star for after-care/administration. Let me explain. I had my teeth cleaned here back in April and had a wonderful experience. I didn't wait too too long and the doctor and his in-house staff are very friendly. It was my first time there so they made me feel super comfortable. You can tell he's very experienced and knows what he's doing. He even fixed a little chip on my front tooth without even asking. It wasn't huge and only I could see it, but he simply shaved the tooth down and voila! Perfection. Here's what I have an issue with. Because of my insurance, I was told by the doctor that because the coverage was more than the actual cleaning, there would be no balance. Great! Not... In August, I get a voicemail from the doctor's office saying that I have a balance of $77 and it's due pretty much ASAP. I called and she explained to me something complex about my insurance which ended up being the reason why I have a balance. Not technically their fault, but the doctor shouldn't have told me I was fully covered. What bothered me more was that I suddenly owe this money ASAP, but I'm only hearing about it now over four months later. The woman claims they sent it out but I received nothing. I asked for her to send a new statement out in the mail that way I can review the charges and also have a direct name and address to send the check to. Fast forward a week and I receive mail from them. It's literally one piece of paper with hand written notes on it about when I visited and how much I owe. No official statement, no billing information, nothing. I have no problem paying the bill, but give me some instructions. Why are you making this so difficult?! It's now September and they forwarded the case over to some medical bill collector. I guess we can both take the blame for things, but c'mon... if you want your freaking money help a kid out and at least tell me who to write the check out to. Maybe let me know which address?! Where is the professionalism? Definitely not returning.
