  • Ok, it's a car dealership, so it's not going to be as fun as your favorite restaurant. Given that, it is better than almost any dealership I've been to in the past 40 years. My salesman, Dominique, was both funny and knowledgeable, the finance guy only annoyed me slightly, and I was able to trade in my car and purchase a new Honda in under 2 hours. They do free oil changes and state inspections, and their service and waiting area are clean and comfortable, even having phone chargers. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that after buying, I had a couple of questions, and it was hard to get through to anyone, not a huge deal, but I only give 5* to a place that really exceeds my expectations. In short, if you're looking for a new Honda around Charlotte, worth checking these folks out.
