I can't go to Las Vegas without eating here. First, the Mr. Jitters is one of my favorite cocktails. I have gotten the Hell's Kitchen tasting menu twice and highly recommend it.
The scotch quail egg is impressive and delicious. It may be the best single bite in Vegas.
The beet salad is delicious, but I personally prefer the compressed watermelon salad that they used to have.
The scallops are perfectly cooked every time, seared on both sides. I was able to convince the vegan in our party that scallops are ethical to eat because they have no central nervous system. He was very pleased with these.
The beef wellington is Gordon's signature dish. I personally prefer this Wellington over the Wellington served at the NYC Maze because it is more evenly cooked.
The dessert on the tasting menu is the peanut butter bar, which is very good. But if you ask, they will substitute the Sticky Toffee Pudding, which is even better. It's a thick toffee bread pudding served with a stick of iced cream. It's a play on bread and butter.
