I must say this is the best Japanese cheesecake I've ever had in Toronto! Their double fromage cheesecake is nothing like the typical soft sponge cake. I got the original flavour. It's about $18 plus tax which is a bit pricey considering its small size. Nevertheless, I think it's worth it. There's a great balance between the textures and richness in flavours. The outside of the cheesecake is super fluffy. It's inside consists of two layers: a really soft sponge cake layer and a cheese layer. There are specific instructions that you should follow to get the best taste of the cake. Overall, I'll definitely come back again. It's totally worth it.
