  • Michelle is absolutely fantastic. She is as knowledgeable as she is kind. I am so glad that there are people like her available to help when a mom is freaking out. From the minute she answered my call at 8 PM, to the time she left our home, she gave us amazing service during an experience that is not fun for a parent. Highly recommend!
