  • Do you remember when you used to be able to call a store and speak with a live, friendly person who had the ability to answer numerous questions about their product? Ah, the good ole days... but wait, you still can if you shop here. I kid you not when I say that it took me longer to figure out which of the cool prints I was gonna order than it did for Kate to place my order over the phone and send me an email confirmation. BOOM! Christmas gift for my brother done. I live in Los Angeles so I won't be able to pop into the store in Rocky River, OH anytime soon, but I'll definitely be calling again to order more stuff. Wonderful experiences are worth noting. Thanks, Kate.
