  • My husband and I went into Lamps Plus on Monday, Oct. 30, 2017 to look for lamp parts for our daughter's lamp. We had already been to the local DIY stores with no luck. At the Lamps Plus Store on West Charleston, we interacted with salesperson Tom and parts man Tony. With the help of both of these gentlemen, we had an awesome experience! Thanks to Tony we were able to leave the store with parts in hand, and the best part, they were at no charge. They went above and beyond great customer service to make sure we left there completely satisfied. I would recommend this store to all people looking for beautiful light fixtures or lamp parts. Thanks guys!
