| - Since moving in on Feb 1st I have opened 16 service requests for my apartment, for reference at my last complex I opened 1 the entire time I was there and that was for the weather stripping along a door frame coming loose. The initial service call was for missing keys, the laundry room is outside and they forgot to rekey it. Second was for the paint job they did, somehow their paints painted over the blinds and cable outlets. This was closed with no comment and no work done, was never able to get this resolved. After that we had no hot water in the kitchen later that month.
Every other service call has been related to the HVAC system; we've had the outside unit replaced, unit recharged twice, fan motor die, fan bearing die, AC condensation collect behind the filter and leak out underneath the wall and the AC drain behind the wall get clogged and leak out underneath the walls and required FIVE holes in the wall last week to find. This took several days to get someone out and several more to have the holes patched, my furniture is still pulled out from the walls and no idea when final resolution will be (still waiting on painting).
The front office personnel don't care about issues in the apartments, the service personnel are overloaded and any attempt to get a hold of a management is ignored. Be prepared to either wait several weeks for service or threaten to call code enforcement and local news investigators. It's looking like my next battle will be over mold, no mitigation was done with all the leaks.
