  • My teenage daughter and I had girls day and I decided on massage last minute. I called our usual spot and didn't get an answer so I came to yelp and found this spot. Because it was a last minute reservation They weren't able to accommodate both of us for massages but they availability for 1 massage 1 facial. We made same day reservations, for services 3 hours later (sweet)Since my daughter had gotten excited at the idea of a massage, I got the facial and let her get the massage. Once we arrived we were greeted immediately, offered water or tea while we filled out out questionnaires. After waiting about 20 minutes after the scheduled time, I got a little restless and was preparing to leave. We were asked to arrive a little early to fill out the paperwork so my expectations were to start on time. The exact second I told my daughter let's go, the esthetician came out and greeted us apologizing and explained she was behind. Would have been nice if the front desk told me so my expectations are set. Being she was very apologetic I stayed and based on her reaction I really believed this was a rare occasion. I'm glad I decided to stay, my facial was amazing. Leaving there my face felt so soft and smooth. My daughter enjoyed her massage as well, I was leery when she masseuse pulled out Johnson & Johnson baby lotion. But my daughter raves on how good her back felt afterwards so we both left pleased with the service. Outside of the wait time I would recommend and return.
