  • They have some really top quality merchandise and good deals and value for money ! But the survive is very very poor. Me and my wife were followed around the store disputed the fact that I said we were ok. I was looking to buy two suits but due to the uncomfortable presence of an over bearing sales person I purchased one tie. At the cash desk I was asked did I want to be included in the loyalty scheme I said no thanks, "I was only asking" was the reply!! Guys you need to sharpen up the service skills !!
