| - The Pharmacy staff is friendly, I'll give them that. I've had numerous occasions where they tell me my prescription is ready, I get in there to pick it up. They say they are filling it, I wait 15 minutes, then they tell me there is a delay with insurance. I go home with no prescription. I've gone round and round with them on filling a prescription. My doctor's office tells me they called it in and even spoke with someone, yet I get there, no prescription filled. I was told my prescription had expired, yet I was supposed to have 1 more refill on it. The pharmacist tells me they filled it last month "by accident". That they shouldn't have as it was expired. WHAT?? Now I have to start this whole process over again with calling them, calling the doctor, etc., etc. I've gone without medicine all holiday weekend due to their errors. I don't know who is the "MANAGER" of the pharmacy, but they have got to get it together!This customer service is unacceptable.
