| - NOT RECOMMENDED- I had a very disappointing experience at Tzatz. I purchased one of their cute 'premium' PJ sets (the 'munki munki' brand, which are not exactly cheap at $129), followed the washing instructions to wash in cold water, and was horrified when the dye ran. They looked like tattered rags--not something one would expect from a high-quality set. The owner, Stephen, was not only unsympathetic, but actually accused me of bleaching the item and having a faulty washing machine (!?). He offered no solution (other than to sell me another pair at a discount). He was essentially cheap and arrogant, and I would not shop here again. In this recession, stores should really be focused on customer satisfaction and retention, not leaving people with a bad taste in their mouths with defective products and poor service.
Suggestion: visit http://www.thecatspjs.com/sale.html (this is one of the brands Tzatz carries, and this brand did not bleed in the wash) and there are some great sales on some of the same PJs the store carries, but at $55 (plus $26 shipping to Canada), so you've still saved yourself $20-30. Bonus: you're not giving Tzatz your business.
