  • I have been more than disappointed and angered at the service I have received at this clinic and feel incredibly taken advantage of. My last appointment was supposed to be a deep clean and a cavity taken care of. However upon arrival I was informed that they didn't schedule a deep clean and you wouldn't take care of the cavity but instead you decided to take out fillings that were causing no problems in any way and then inform me that they were too deep and would have to now be root canals. As I walk out I am then handed a plan of treatment of over $13 thousand. I was shocked and appalled. To then be told that I should just go ahead and don't worry about waiting for insurance was a joke. I am astounded at how ridiculous this has been. I have no interest in taking my business to someplace that I feel is doing nothing but trying to line their own pocket and rip me off in the process. Thank you for the worst dental experience I have had since moving to Las Vegas 15 years ago, the greed showed by this practice is astounding.
