  • First of all I would like to say that part of going here is my fault for not doing more research, however with that being said I would never recommend this place. It seems as if it is some sort of training school with everyone in there still learning except for Jen the owner, and unfortunately my appointment wasn't with her because she is booked solid. The girl I did get, did a horrible job and glued my eyes shut at least 3 times at which point she had to yank them apart leaving crying and yelping in pain. Not only that but the girl who was working on me was talking to another girl and they were saying how they would be down to 30 min full eyelash sets in no time...the AVERAGE length of time is supposed to be 1.5 hours, you rush it and you're not going to get a good job!! When I left, you could visibly see clumps of glue on my eyelashes, and she had glued the lashes to my lids! Jen the owner saw this and didn't say a thing...not an offer to fix, nothing. I just had to go somewhere else to get them removed because those globs of glue were hurting my eyes so bad, they stabbed me every time I blinked. I understand everyone needs to learn a craft but at the very least I should have been informed up front that I was going to be someone's Guinea pig. These are your eyes and lashes ladies, don't make the mistake I made, do your research, and don't go here. I learned an expensive and painful lesson. The girl who did my removal couldn't even get the glue off my lid it was so bad.
