  • Just wanted to give a shout out to Joshua who went above and beyond in my quest for a new pair of sunglasses. He was extremely helpful on the initial day that I picked out the frames and lenses, letting me know it would be around ten (10) days before they would arrive...six weeks later I have them in my possession. Yes, it took 6 weeks! But...during those six weeks, Joshua kept me informed with weekly phone calls updating me on the fiasco that was taking place on the manufacturer's end - he couldn't even believe it and to show his concern and loyalty to me as his customer, he requested I get a refund on my lenses copay which was over $150 (which I received 2 days ago). So again, I want to thank Joshua for keeping me in the loop, making sure I was completely satisfied with my new specs, and for putting his customers first.
