rev:text	AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!! I HOPE EVERYONE PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE WILL READ WHAT VEGAS HOT IS ALL ABOUT AND WILL AVOID THIS PIECE OF SHIT PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE because of it's horrible owner King Rollins. I recently purchased a month membership for 60 bucks. The girl at the front desk suggested that I could use my girlfriend's free months since she had many free months on her account. We both agreed, but since she had already charged me she said she would have the owner credit me 50 bucks because there was a 10 dollar transfer fee. Fast forward today. No refund, so the owner emails me some bs about me owing him for two classes and that since I already used a class out of the month I purchased I could not get a refund. I told him I had a groupon for 10 classes in May but that I gave them the paperwork for that a while back, but that wasn't why I was calling. He kept arguing and refusing to hear anything I was saying. He then said and I quote "I am so sick and tired of people wanting to get something for free, I'll go ahead and credit you for the two classes and for the month you bought, but if I do I will have my front desk put a note on your account that you will never be able to come here again, is that what you want?? At this point, I was so furious over the way he was handling the situation that I told him ....yes I would like a full refund cause you're an A$$hole!! Maybe he needs to train his staff better or get rid of these options if he is not going to honor them. In May this studio was extremely busy and now it's a ghost town. My guess is he is losing money and instead of doing the right thing by making the customer happy he is taking his frustration out on us. In closing, the only reason I put one star is because no star was not an option. AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!!
