  • These guys are 5star in few aspects and 1star at few. 1. Bought my car in early October 2017. Apparently, 3 weeks after I purchased there I saw a notice on my mercedez app that there is a recall for airbags. They sold me a car which was due for a callback. 2. I heard rattle noise while driving. Took 3 visits to figure out where was it coming from though. Fixed it by replacing new head rest shipped directly from Germany. 3. I drive long way from city during weekends and there a small chipped paint on passenger door. Sales rep Ray gave me a paint tube that fixes this. End of the day, mixed reviews. But they can do better. (BMW like..jk)
