At check-in staff was very rude. We booked our stay for a week, we had requested there be a fridge in our room. Upon checking in I made sure that there was going to be a fridge, I never got a fridge in my room. I was willing to pay the extra costs to have it in there but I never got one. The AC didn't work as well as the our friends AC in the room across the hall, although there was a great view of Fremont right outside our window, it was very loud and kept us up most of the night. The door to our room didn't shut all the way, on our second day there the elevators in the entire facility were shit down. We were told we had to stay in the lobby area until the problem was fixed. It lasted a good 45 minutes. On top of everything else when we checked our bank statement we were charged double the price of the room for the entire stay, when we asked about it we were told it was a standard hold on our card. The keys to the rooms hardly worked we got a total of 12 keys throughout our entire stay because we had to keep getting them reset. I will not stay in this hotel again! If you want a run down over priced room then this is the place for you. You get 2 beds and a tv in your room for Vegas Strip prices. I highly recommend you spend the extra cash and get a better room.
