  • Sept 2016 I still have Tricia as my massage therapist and I will attest that she is amazing and continues to do great things with my muscles and helping me stay active and healthy. Because of Tricia ME is updated to 2 stars instead of the 1 I would like to give them. This location has had much chaos and change in the front desk. It seems like every month there is a new face. I have to request to check out when I check in and I have to request to set up my next appointment. Additionally, this last time I asked the front desk to leave a $25 gratuity for Tricia and when I received my receipt for the gratuity it was only $20. I cancelled my membership today. I have been a member since 2009 (so they tell me, though I swear it has been longer). I received a letter this week from Massage Envy informing me that they were raising their rates $15.01 a month!!! Seriously?! I have paid my membership every month like clockwork for years, even when I probably should have put it on hold. I have never had any issues with payments and as recognition for my "loyal membership" they are raising my rates at a crazy amount. When I originally inquired if this letter was relevant to me at the front desk I was told "No you have been a loyal customer. They mailed them out to everyone. They didn't want to take the time to filter out those that didn't qualify for the rate increase." I thought ok, thats crappy to send people letters saying your rate will go up if they don't mean it. So then I asked that my rate won't increase in writing. I was then immediately told that my rate would increase, that "Since you are only a member since 2009 you are subject to a rate hike." So for a membership it is now $65 for a 1 hr massage. Now don't get me wrong, I am not saying this is a crazy rate, but to not be recognized for past years of uninterrupted monthly on time payments tells me that this is a corporation where making money is priority number one. Customer care and service are not their priority and they are happy to turn and burn through customers. I will not support a company that has such crappy scruples. This company is not interested in helping you feel better or keeping you healthy. They are interested in your dollars and only your dollars. Nov 2014 I have been a member at this location for 6 years. Overall, I am very happy with the office. They recently remodeled, adding a nice quiet relaxation area while you are waiting for your appointment. They are typically able to see you when you need to get in and if you prebook your appointment it's a guarantee! The front desk staff are courteous and helpful and with all massage therapists you need to find one that understands your lifestyle and body's needs. I highly recommend Tricia, she has done wonders with my body. She is always going out of her way to make sure I have the best results, honing in on my trouble areas and giving me feedback on what she finds.
