  • honestly, would not recommend this company to anyone ever. we hired them for services in march of 2015 and during the course of cleaning our carpets, they scraped and damaged our tile. the workers acknowledged doing it and the manager has claimed responsibility but NO ONE has fixed it yet. it's been 3 months and they continue to give us the run around about fixing our tile. every time we ask for information from the manager, he tells us he will send it the same day but then does nothing. since we are in a rental, this has placed us in an extremely uncomfortable position as our lease is ending soon. we have made our property management company aware and will continue to spread the word about their lack of responsibility to their mistake. their contractors are super flakey and will tell you theyll be there at a certain time and then will not show up. we're completely fed up with this company. I reached out to their corporate office via Facebook and they responded but have yet to contact us. DO NOT take the risk in hiring them!!!! will be filing a better business Bureau complaint next.
