  • I am giving this store 1 star. This boutique has been in the royal York and bloor area for many years and I live relatively close. I had never been too interested in this store until I noticed that they were having a 70 percent off end of winter sale. When I walked in, there were 5 saleswomen who worked in the store all talking loudly around the counter and ignored me as I walked in. Even as I got close to them they completely ignored my presence. Now, this is a higher end boutique and I knew this walking in. Because I live within walking distance I was dressed neatly but very nondescript. I can't help but feel I was ignored by the saleswomen because when another, more well dressed woman walked in she was greeted immediately. While I have no problems paying for higher end clothes I did not feel some of the clothes, for example a plain button up shirt deserved the price tag of 475. While I was interested in a couple items I decided that the poor service and manners and pretentious attitude of this store did not deserve my business. My advice would be to not venture in unless you are very well dressed and ready to drop a massive load of cash. If you are looking for designer, high quality clothes, there are many other friendlier shops in Toronto with a better selection. Ps- I have noticed that there is one filtered review for this store in which someone also experiences the rude sales clerks in this store. I am not sure why it has been filtered but it would be worth reading.
