Tried this place after searching on Yelp for curry in my area.
When we first walked in, we were sat by a gentleman who didn't say a word to us except sit right over here. There was no language barrier, he just seemed entertained with the people he seemed to know instead of dealing with other customers.
He came over about 10minutes after seating us and asked us what we wanted to order. Explained to him that this was the first time here so we didn't know what to do with the sesame seeds and sauce.
Instead of explaining it, he just put everything into the grinding bowls and started to do it with no smile on his face.
Still this seemed like a cute place so we can overlook the depressing man. We ordered our food and it was good and tasteful. The Donbari, I believe it was called, was flavorful and had a thick cut of pork so worth it.
Service was the thing that knocked this down the furthest. We had to wait FOREVER for our check and then had to called them over to remind them to bring it back... Such a good concept just disapointed in the service. Also, more sauce options would be fantastic.
