  • We recently had sewer water flood in our home and Chris, Mike, and Marcus took care of it for us! Kudos for a job well done! This rating is meant for the guys I mentioned above! For Jason, the owner?!?! I give him a NEGATIVE ZERO! Disrespectful! Unprofessional! Very POOR Customer Service! See below! As for the woman who answers the phone there, Her name is Jacky (or Jackie), I will rate her separately! It will depend on how she will go above and beyond her call of duty to help me with my needs! Stay tuned! P.S. Do not call and speak to Jason on the phone because he will not allow you to finish your sentence and HE will hang-up the phone on you! He needs to go to an Ethics and Management Seminar! There! They will teach him GOOD MANNERS and will learn to address his clients in a professional manner! He needs to send me a letter of apology for the way he disrespected me! If not, I will report him to the Better Business Bureau!
