  • Just was there to get my rotors turned and wow. During my visit I was dealing with the manager and he told me that he couldn't turn my rotors due to them now having a measurement tool used to check if they could be turned. When I asked why they didn't have one because they were a brake shop the employee Anthony started cursing, screaming and throwing things around in the shop. One of the water jugs he threw bounced of the counter and hit me in the leg during his violent outburst. I was also threaten on numerous times during the altercation. I have this all on video as well. The manager set there and let this all happen without addressing the issue or putting a end to it. I will be reaching out to a attorney today. Update- I called corporate two days ago and no one has returned my call back. Tried uploading the video of the employees out burst but it won't upload.
