  • Took my wife into this place today for a 12:15pm appointment, went to AJ's came back and she was leaving, 20 min later they still would not tell her when she was getting in. Front desk was rude to her when she asked, when reminded that if the client is 10 min late they cancel you, they just said "oh well". Gave her a form to fill out that she has never had to fill out before, all sorts of personal information on it that had no bearing on their services she signed it and left it all blank. She asked why here and never at any other salon and again the condescending attitude from the staff. Many others in town and this is the last time at this place that's for sure. Awful customer service
