  • Worst bank I ever been to. Went to just get a withdrawal and she preauthorized my transaction before checking the date on my ID. I totally get my ID was expired but I handed it to her with a college picture ID and social security card. Then she has me sign my receipt and before giving me my money she says she can't give it to me because my ID was expired. And my money is no longer available because she preauthorized my transaction. And it was all the money in my account to pay for rent. Her manager gets involved and says if we cancel the transaction it can take weeks. Then tells me how do I know you are you. So you trying to tell me I'm a whole different person because my ID expired a few days ago (my birthday) and (out of state) that I'm no longer me? Even though I'm the same person on the ID???? Then she tells her to approve the transaction with my student ID then comes back and says no I won't accept that either. Never will I bank with Bank of America or this branch. Steer clear on a Friday they have 2 tellers open and 50 people in line and they move really slow. I'm surprise they are still open for business
