I bought a new Samsung refrigerator. They delivered it but couldn't hook it up or take the old one because it was hooked up to a water softener. Why on earth didn't they ask that question before delivering it? I could've had it already to go for them. Am I the only one in the desert with a water softener? The delivery guy even said that previous clients were mad because of this. Like I don't have anything better to do to try to work this out and I'll bet you money it's not a simple phone call. The delivery guys were very nice. I must give a shout out to BARBARA who went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Super knowledgeable and didn't rush us at all. She gets 5+ STARS!
Update: Got someone on the phone right away. No hassle and they came and picked it up.
