  • Shopped for and bought a 2015 Tacoma on Saturday. My husband and I test drove one private party '12 from Craigslist and a '14 from a competitive non-Toyota dealership before heading to Bell Road Toyota. We knew from CarGurus that they had a '15 on the lot that met our specifications and was in our price range. At the dealership, RT was the first salesperson to make contact with us. He came with us on the test drive. And the truck drove, by far, the best of the trucks we tested that day. The only thing left was to determine the final price. RT was one of the best car salespeople I've dealt with in that I felt very comfortable and never intimidated. He was respectful, pleasant and patient. He left us at the right times to allow us to talk alone and when he came back he continued to be patient. He worked out the deal with his manager and made the sale that day. He was transparent with us and wasn't overly pushy. I typically hate the car buying process but my experience at Bell Road Toyota was definitely better than most.
