  • Khols has a great selection of clothes however when I went to purchase some shoes for my daughter who is 9, they had ZERO. Shoes were in different boxes and the selection was blah. Tried to get help, sadly the gentleman who was there couldn't even help us. Got a couple things for her and when I check-out, the check-out lady was extremely rude. Tried to use a coupon from the website and she wouldn't take it. Felt like it was a burden when she called up a manager. I'll be back but dread the shoe department and the check-out line.
