I am giving them one star because the cashiers were very nice and understanding. I was here last week and just remembered to yelp them because I have to go again today for something. So I was in line to buy my items as they were about to close but there was a long wait so I ran to an aisle where I forgot to grab some coasters. All of a sudden this older senior lady who I came to find out her name is Melinda, was asking me if I worked there and if not I needed to get out. I kind of smiled I thought it was a joke the way she was yelling and looking at me but as she walked away yelling frantically as if she was in crises, I realized she was serious. So then I see her standing with a manager named Bonnie who is even older than Melinda. I ask Melinda her name she then starts being all nice to me in front of Bonnie and says it is Melinda. I was like okay just asking because you were a little rude back there. She then starts going a little haywire again and says no I wasn't no i wasn't and throws her hands up and says whatever. At this point Bonnie just stands there with a smile. I ask her if she is her manager and she says yes. I told her that her employee was rude in front of her and she says yeah i just talked to her. Obviously she didn't talk to her in 2 seconds so I just didn't want to talk to her anymore and I asked her for her store managers name and she said it was Angel. I say okay and walk away to get in line again. The cashiers were very nice and ask me if I found everything okay and I said no i had a bad experience but I will share it with the store manager. Come to find out Bonnie doesn't know that the store manager is Chris and not Angel...or she lied who knows. Anyways, I could understand Melinda maybe being a little unstable at her age and hating her job but I couldn't understand management letting it go and being unapologetic. I won't be coming back to this location because I believe management is not professional at all, sets a bad example to their employees, and this is why employees felt comfortable enough to act crazy in front of her.
Now that I realize I am not the only one complaining about this issue, I am not going to bother with the store manager anymore, obviously this is repetitive. Corporate or the district manager will be a better option.
