  • Been there on Friday, March 10. Good staff except for one man/robot being rude and menacing when you don't move fast enough in the queue to the cloakroom. Arbitrarily annoys customers while others enjoy their drinks with their coats on. Threatens to throw you out when you calmly points this out. No need to, you're a customer repellent and I'll be happy not to come back ever again.
