  • I called on Saturday of Labor day weekend, knowing I probably wouldn't get a call back until Tuesday, which I was fine with. Jim called me later that afternoon! I had purchased a very nice hot water heater from Home Depot that was an open box, thus 25% off. But after calling around, I realized it was going to cost me more money for the install since I had my own. I talked to Jim about it and he actually referred me to a guy that would do it for a reasonable amount,  not in his favor, but he wanted to provide me with options. So I thought about it and decided to return the HWH back to HD and hire Jim for the job! I also liked that Jim provides all the new necessary lines, pipes and pan, plus he stands behind his work. He scheduled me for wed am at 8:30am and arrived at 8:15am ready to work! Super nice guy, first impression.. He was kind, professional, neat and hard working. He also let me know that he gives a $40 discount for cash payment. I am very happy with the work he did. It looks way better than the HWH the builder installed. I would definitely recommend Jim and Water Heaters 4 Less to all my friends and family! Thank you Jim!
