  • Terrible place and service full of lies after getting a value for my car on Kelly blue l book someone from this place called me in 10mins a later received a email stating that they will beat Caemax offer so I went to carmax first they offer me a decent offer but still wanted to check this place out due to the info in the email they sent me. Arrived there 20mins later a lady look at my car and before mechanics look at it I asked you guys have to beat carmax offer right? She said that's correct so someone took it back and time went by and more time went by I noticed this lady helping 3 other ppl and alot of other employees doing nothing very unprofessional being that you have plenty customers that need help. Finally she comes out and asked if I had my carmax offer as if I lied about the amount they offer me and she took it to her scamming ass boss and she comes back and say just go to carmax basically not honoring what they advertised inwast nearly 2hrs here I'll save you guys some time just go to carmax much more professional and cleaner office and environment if you selling and even buying cars I seen there were over priced and shitty collection. Should've known this place had no money to offer they are located on the low end of Vegas and they office if very old looking and unorganized. They wanna give you little money for your vehicle and sale it for an extra 10stacks this place is not so reliable after all.
