  • Horrible experience came in for a $20.00 polish change for toes. Had horrible greeting and 4 people looked at my feet and passed me off until the 5 chose to assist me. Mind you I have clean healthy feet. Very weird vibe anti friendly place. Halfway through was told would charge extra for toe nail trim. My nails were longer than usual, maybe two weeks since trimming last. When I went to pay they had added 10.00 for trim. My bad for not asking. Today only a day later I already had a chip. I called at lunch and they told me I could come back after work. Came back to more weird treatment. The manager did not apologize for the chip. The manicurist try to fix with burgundy and then hot pink before I showed her (again) that they were bright cherry red. She dabbed on chip and put me under dryer. HopIng for the best. Will NEVER come back, shame beautiful place, centrally located but what's the point if the service is bad and the pedicure doesn't last 36 hours.
