We chose this location mostly out of location. It's right in downtown Toronto and not too far from the sights we wanted to see.
You might miss this place while driving since it's tucked in between the other buildings. There's one driveway to get in from Bloor Street and the way the building was constructed was not very convenient for visitors. One, parking is all the way in the back and you drive down this ramp to really tight spots. Two, there's not much covering outside, so even if you park outside their main entrance (which doesn't face the street) to load and unload, if you're caught on a rainy day, you'd get soaked.
Other than that, pluses include free wifi (must ask hotel for password) and our super close proximity to the university across the street and walking distance to ROM.
