  • Broken dishwasher. Water leaked from the countertop into the control panel and short-circuited the panel. It was a high-end new dishwasher. Hillside came within a day and discovered that the part would take one week to be shipped. No problem. That part was to $250. Ok. I can deal with that, but the labor was $220 and took him a total of 40 minutes between two visits -total. So I think they have five star service, but I also think that they're slightly overpriced. That's why I gave them four stars. The technician was clean, kind, and did not stink so maybe that was worth $75 more? Top service, just expensive labor.
