| - Great Wall is pretty much the only dim sum you will find in Phoenix and it's legit and as good as LA, 5 stars for PHX, 4 for overall in my life ha. I judge dim sum places by their bbq pork buns and shumais and both those items are really good here! They have all the standard dim sum dishes and their versions of the "specialty" items. We always order shumais, shrimp dumplings, shrimp rice rolls, bean curd rolled with pork, chicken feet, and sometimes a noodle dish off the regular menu. The shumais are some of the largest I've seen, EVER. Food is always good and never too salty. With any dim sum place, sometimes you have to wait for the cart you want to come around. Dim sum is also reasonably priced, table of 4 can reach food coma level of fullness for $45-50.
The restaurant itself isn't fancy and is in an old strip mall next to GCU. It gets PACKED on the weekends so definitely go earlier on Saturday and Sundays. (review is based on dim sum only, haven't come for dinner yet, although I hear good things)
