Oh boy I live dangerously close to this bakery and I could not be happier about it.
I was introduced to Tracy via her bacon brittle. I'm usually not a brittle fan, but this brittle didn't crack my teeth and was so tasty!
I've wielded some major self control and have only been to the shop a handful of times since moving to the area, but never leave with less than two treats. The texture of her pastries are on point which to me is just as important as taste. She has classics (like her spin on the classic oreo) and experimental flavors (like a pineapple yuzu filling in a cookie WHAT). She has mostly sweet treats, but I've seen a few savory pastries that I'll definitely keep an eye out for.
She also carries products from local vendors like Homeboy's Habanero. I like seeing local shops and vendors supporting each other; keep the money in town!
Most importantly, the customer service is awesome. I've been helped by Tracy herself (yep, she doesn't just have her name on the building, she's there!) and she is so friendly and helpful. You can tell she really takes pride in what she does and the service that she provides.
She also hosts classes which you can learn about on the website or just sign up for the mailing list (I think they send an e-mail once a month).
I'll be back!
