  • When I first signed up I specifically asked for a month to month basis. I didnt like the gym and we were moving so I canceled my membership and found out that I was on a year membership. I called the 800 number and they said who cares you owe 300 to cancel. First thing you should know is that I am not out for a free be. I would of paid the 100 to cancel (which they also didnt tell me). I then sent an email to someone higher and didnt receive a call for 6 months+ and now they want to charge me almost 500 (300 + interest ) How can they wait to call me and then say no and charge me interest.
