  • This is the worst college ever!!! All they care about is money, money and more money!!! I regret so much for going to this college! 3 days before school starts they cancel your classes saying enrollment was low, then you enroll again in other classes that fit your schedule and they cancel those classes again, at the end there's not many sections available for the time you can do school and because you want to go to college you have to be the one adjusting everything so you can go to the few classes they have which are packed! The teachers are so bad! You pay a lot of money for the classes for basically nothing, you're going to class so you can see the teacher 's face and they send you home with lots of homework and projects, at the end you dont learn anything at the school but by yourself. The shool always wants to keep your money! You withdraw from classes in less than 2 weeks or right after the 1st day of school and they wont refund you none of your money, they keep everything for themselves!!! Nobody at the school knows anything and the customer service is the worst! You can't call them because you will be waiting for long on the phone and being transferred many times! They have a new system where you leave your phone number and they "supposedly" call you back, i called the financial aid center 4 times in a day, everytime they called me back the phone wouldn't even ring or rang for a second and get a missed call! BS!! All they were doing is calling me back and hanging up at the same time!!! The counselors don't know anything, I went looking for help to one of them and she couldn't answer none of my questions, when i left i was more confused, while i was talking to her she was yawning, stretching and looking away, worst experience with a counselor ever! If you wanna get a decent education and the assistance you deserve for the money you're paying for DONT go to CSN!!
