Once in a great while you will run into a Company that goes way beyond their scope of work. My Girlfriend Audrey, her son and 2 friends were on our way to Las Vegas in the BMW and got a low tire warning on our dashboard around 6:10pm. We were around 40 miles from Boulder City at that time and started to hear the vibrations coming from the rear of the car. By the time we rolled into Boulder City it was getting really load and it was on its last mile or so. I jumped on the Internet and was happy to find a Big O Tire store that was really close by so we hobbled into their parking lot. By now it was 6:45 and all the tire stores were closed.
We were worried because we were still around 35 miles from the Golden Nugget on Fremont St. and had no Idea how we were going to get there from Boulder City. Audrey went to the door of Big O Tires hoping to a mail drop so that she could drop the keys in there for someone to find them in the morning. To her surprise someone was in there still working on some paperwork, his name was Craig. Craig let us know that he would not be able to fix the tire until the next day due to no one there to do the work. We explained our predicament to him and he offered to take us to our hotel on Fremont St. You want to talk about a packed car, our entire luggage and 6 people. Craig got us there and saved our night.
He got us a couple of nice Michelin Tires at a really competitive price, Thanks Craig for all you did for us.
