  • The husband of a dear friend set out to present his wife with the surprise party of the era and asked if I would help. I was thrilled to be his accomplice, but live out of state. I contacted a bakery, which told me with nose ever-so-slightly-in-the-air, "We are booked. You can try one of these bakeries." After viewing the Caketini website, I knew I had a match. They did a beautiful job creating a three tiered masterpiece which was a focal point of the evening. The cake was stunning and tasted as fabulous as it looked. Thank you, Rachel and your team for making a very important detail of a birthday party a hit.
