5th attempt at delivery for a bed that is part of a set = $3000+ I have already paid. This has been going on since 5/30/17. What a joke. Cal king on order...came dinged up...next day delivery for replacement & they came with part of it but realized it was an Eastern king so they took that back & said to have all dinged up pieces delivered at once. Talked with CS & they attempted again in Sat @ no add fee, headboard no rails, Sunday delivery came with rails no headboard & slats....its now 830pm & they call my cell as I am in Chicago & not my husband who has been home dealing with this all weekend long. No heads up call on 5/30...no call from management over these 5 attempts, no offer for some sort of gesture for the hours wasted on all the delivery windows & attempts.
If this experience is any example of how they operate their warehouse & deliveries, DON'T BOTHER!!! Unless you have hours of time to waste, don't care about Q/A or have no regard for customer service, this is your store!!
Update*** sent an email to the social media account in 6/20/17 - no response yet but ironically we received a call the same day as they had to reschedule the tech service for 6/22/17 as its their copmany picnic day....which clearly wasn't just planned so another "props" for not informing staff or providing appropriate information to the service crew. Supposed to get a call today with the window of delivery for 6/23/17.....hopefully we can be home again but we won't know until the call comes in....have to keep the whole day open just in case....
Doesn't matter how "nice" the sales team may be if you can't get your paid for furniture!
