I was a very well practiced yogini once upon a time, and just decided to jump back into it after a long absence. It can be a great class and definitely good for strength, flexibility and endurance. The big downside continues to be that the heat and humidity are not well regulated. There are a couple of teachers like Nikki who are very consistent with moderating the heat and humidity, and a couple of others who seem to adopt a "more is better" mentality and crank it up, and that leads to heat exhaustion and detracts tremendously from the benefits of the workout. It's too bad, because everything else from the dialogue to the postures is very uniform; you would think they'd figure out that being consistent and careful with the temperature would be just good common sense. Wish I could give it 5 stars, and I will revise if they do fix this issue.
