  • I looked all over town for new frames and wasn't happy with anything I saw until I went to Jones Optical. With high-index lenses and anti-reflective coating, my glasses were on the expensive side (close to $500), but I wear them every day and was in love with the style, so I went for it. Jones Optical's customer service has been top-notch. When my glasses came, the prescription was slightly off in one eye (another optometrist did my exam). The optometrist at Jones Optical did a quick re-exam for me and sent the lens off to be replaced at no extra cost. My view: Jones is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive option in town, but they have a good selection of frames and provide good service.
