  • Having been to several Forever XXI stores around the US, I have to say that this location is a really nice one. It's big, spacious, well organized and has a huge selection of stock. It is infinitely better organized than the Yonge & Dundas store in downtown Toronto. It's about half the size of the Vaughn Mills location (and therefore doesn't carry everything that XXI makes) but it's really close to where I live so I come here most often. It's is a very big space, and they use it well to showcase the different lines that XXI makes like Heritage and Faith. Most times I've come in the store is clean and organized (not counting Boxing Day, but all bets are off on that day!). There are tons of fitting rooms in the back (just beyond the cash register desk) so you're never waiting too long to try things on. The accessories are located in the back of store, in front of the cash desk - it's a good move. Easier to keep an eye on the "little things" from a loss prevention point of view (yes, I do think this way after working in retail for many years) but a great selling point since customers see something sparkly as they are waiting in line and add it to their purchase - and this has happened to me a few times here! I'll be honest - I don't own any clothes from here other than a few graphic t-shirts. Their sizing is just too small for me, which is a shame since I consider myself average sized - I'm just not a rail thin 14 year old. I love their dresses and skirts but they just don't work on me. I've looked at the Faith line (plus size) but why is it that all plus size clothes look like draped tunics and muumuu's? It's not flattering to ANY body shape. I come here to look at the accessories - they are very inexpensive and a great way to update my wardrobe from season to season. My sister recently bought a handbag at this store for about $29 that is a dead look-alike for a Steve Madden bag, and I've found really adorable necklaces and necklace stands that would be 8x the price at Anthropologie. The exchange policy here is strict since their items has such a fast turnover and are inexpensive - no returns, exchange ONLY, with receipt, within 21 days.
